My name is Dora Szegedi, and at Health1st Massage & Family, my practice is built on a simple but vital foundation: truly listening to my clients.

As the daughter of deaf parents, a mother, and a specialist Manual Therapist, I have spent my life understanding the importance of communication beyond words. I know what it feels like to be unheard—whether you are a parent worried about your baby’s development, an athlete struggling with a recurring injury, or a woman seeking support for her hormonal health.

My Clinical Approach While my heart is rooted in empathy, my hands are guided by 7 years of clinical expertise. I don’t believe in 'quick fixes' or treating only symptoms.
